Greetings from the Centerville Business Association! Our next general meeting will be next Tuesday, January 15th at 8:00 am.

Breakfast fixin's will be served.

This will be an informative and exciting meeting. We'll be talking about and inviting you to share in the programs for the year. Remember, our meetings are every other month starting with January.

Among other topics at the meeting, Dar'Shun Kendricks, our new State Representative, will bring us up to date on state happenings. She is excited to meet with us and has a great message for us. 

It is membership invoice time and you should be getting yours soon, if not already. Please help the organization by submitting your membership dues as soon as possible. We continue to offer the security service for store front business - this is a peace-of-mind service that many of our members appreciate and rely on.

If you have questions about it, please talk with one of our Board members at the meeting. We also still offer the Village Defense service, a quick e-mail/phone response to suspicious activities in you neighborhood. All members are invited to participate for only $36 per year. Besides offering the security, the main reason for belonging to an organization like CBA is to communicate and get to know your neighboring business, take advantage of the services provided by the other business in the association and to promote your business to our members.

Please bring your marketing materials with you, share them with other at the meetings - hand them you business card and shake their hand. If there's someone there you haven't met seen/met before, take the initiative and welcome them to the meeting, they just may become your next best customer. Do you have a friend with a business in Centerville who hasn't been to a meeting, or one who has their own business and lives in Centerville,bring them along and introduce them to the group.

If you're a member and they join, you'll get a 10% discount on your 2014 dues! Remember, 8:00 am Tuesday the 15th at Shane's! We'll see you there.
