Gwinnett Republicans Hosting Judicial Forum

The Gwinnett County Republican Party is hosting a judicial forum for candidates running in the the July 31 primary. 

Judges will be elected in the Superior Court, State Court, and Probate Court. A new Clerk of the Court also will be elected.

"Judicial races rarely get the attention garnered by legislative races, but the judiciary is a very important branch of our government, and this year in the primary we have many important judgeships to decide," the party said in published notice. 

The forum will be held 7 p.m. - 9 p.m., Monday, June 25, 2012, inside the audiotorium at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, located at 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville.

Mike Moore, a former television reporter for WGCL Atlanta, will be the moderator.
