Welcome back, Patch Blogger!

Hi, I belong to a dog rescue organization that holds adoptions at the Petsmart in Snellville on Saturdays.  My foster dog Bree, a german shorthaired pointer, was adopted this past Saturday.  On Sunday evening, on her second walk, she jerked the leash from the little boy and ran off.  They had her 24 hours, so Bree does not know the area.   I was in Snellville all day yesterday trying to find her, I spoke to several people who have seen her.  Two different school bus drivers saw her on Skyland Road headed towards the Elementary School yesterday morning.  The Snellville Police Department saw her at about 3:30 pm yesterday in front of Briscoe Park on Lenora Church Road. We had a report about 7 pm that she was by the middle school at Pate and Pate.   We looked everywhere but didn’t see her.

She is very fearful of strangers and will not approach anyone.  She has a tan collar with tags and a leash still attached. She is not aggressive, just very scared!!  We are offering a reward.

Our primary problem is I live in Eatonton, 80 miles from Snellville, I am willing to travel at anytime to retrieve her and I am counting on the kindness of strangers to help me get my dog safely home.

If you would please tell anyone who could help, I would truly appreciate it!  Thanks so much, my contact information is listed below, please call me at any time.

Thank you again and Merry Christmas!
