The Office of the Mayor has announced that Mayor Kelly D. Kautz, will be holding a press conference at 4 pm today, Wednesday, January 9, 2013 in the Community Room of Snellville City Hall to make a statement about the specially called meeting that four members of Council have called for tonight to begin the process to revoke the powers of the Mayor, the Mayor's termination of the former city attorney and legal proceedings that will be filed on the Mayor's behalf.

Perhaps she would like to take this public moment to explain how the last three months she turned in a total income received from her law office to Gwinnett Court of $127.53 on the credit card company & collection agency that won a garnishment against her because she didn't pay her credit card bills, yet her financial disclosure shows she made approximately $50,000.00 for 2012. So she didn't have to pay them but about $30.00 from that over three months time. Did she tell the truth on the court documents? It doesn't look like she did to me. Integrity does still matter.
