Nate Mason, a junior at Shiloh High School, made a last minute shot that got superstar Shaquille O'Neill out of his seat during the Montverde Academy Invitational in Florida.

O'Neill is now an NBA analyst. The invitational was played near his Florida home.

The play sealed the deal against Baltimore's St. Francis Academy, resulting in a 65-64 game in late January. According to Gwinnett Prep Sports, Mason finished with 23 points and five assists in the victory.

The Shiloh Generals basketball team has been named as one of the top ten teams in Georgia by AllMetroHoops.com.

Why isn't the kid smiling or anything?... I wonder if attitude has anything to do with the decisions

He seems pretty excited to me :) I would assume that's his game face.

Makes me proud to have graduated from Shiloh (although back in 1989). I bet Nate's inbox will be full of voice-messages from scouts. This kid is terrific. Now I did see that "game face", however within the adrenaline filled moment, the excitement and the competitive nature of the game (and how close this one was) I can't blame him for sporting the "yeah, what'ya gonna do about that" (to put it mildly) look.

I'm still trying to understand what decisions Samuel is speaking of. If he is speaking of any Decisions by Nate, well a 3.8 gpa while taking AP classes is a great decision.
