Snellville City Council will meet during a special called meeting and work session on April 19 to discuss several key items.

On the agendas are:

• A presentation of the an emergency notification system for the city
• A budget work session
• The new community garden located at Briscoe Park

The emergency notification system and budget will be addressed during a 7 p.m. work session. The new community garden will be addressed during a brief meeting at 6:45 p.m.

The special called meetings will be held at Snellville City Hall, 2342 Oak Road, Snellville.
