Only one piece of deli paper was used instead of two. The can opener blade was found with food debris build up present. A proper consumer advisory is not in place for the raw sushi items served at the buffet. Four unlabeled spray bottles found being used and stored throughout the facility. The facility is serving New Zealand green shell mussels on the buffet yet no shell stock tags/ the boxes are being held on file for 90 days. The facility is not posting the most recent health inspection report in public view and the report is posted behind the counter. Tricia, it appears that Yogurt King, on Scenic Highway by Kroger, closed after it received a low score.

Sometimes, when they fail, they have to close down for a period of time until they are up to code. But I'm not sure how often they can have failing scores. I'm working on finding that information for you!

Ladies, believe it or not the Hibachi Buffet just fixed their deficiencies and passed todays inspection with flying colors :) http://gwinnett.ga.gegov.com/gwinnett_new/recent.cfm?CFID=14981&CFTOKEN=4bdccce19b1cb7e6-BFCF6A72-07C9-8575-1288F54792A62BB6

@Tricia - Based on the deficiencies and the severity I believe you're given up to 3 follow-ups to correct any issues found on the inspectors report. If and when the violations persist your license is permanently suspended. Please don't take this as gospel, just giving you my account of what I presume to be the process. Crystal do you have any concrete info to share with us about Ms. Rawlins questions?
