The following are arrests made in unincorporated Snellville, Sept. 11-18. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Attached photos are those available from the Gwinnett County Detention Center website.

• Marlon Germaine Burnett, 3974 Annistown Road, Apartment 701, was arrested and charged with interference during an emergency call and battery.
• Sergey Fen, 3095 Elizabeth Lane, was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than $300.
• Anthony Bernard Smith II, 1765 Meadowchase Court, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
• Christian Michael Stephens, 2801 Broxton Mill Court, was arrested and charged with aggravated sodomy.
• Zachary Lee Boughan, 2935 Oak Meadow Drive, was arrested and charged with possession and use of drug related objects.
• Jason Shaw Young, 3036 Bruckner Boulevard, was arrested and charged with possession of use of drug related objects.
• Charles Edward Ward, 3265 Brownwood Drive, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and theft by receiving.
• Larry Joseph Jacobs II, 3136 Arden Way, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
• Charles Theodore Smith, 3403 Foster Ridge Trail, was arrested and charged with obstruction of a police officer and disorderly conduct.
• Jonathan Leroy Cunningham, 2250 Kingsgate Circle Apartment B, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Krystal Lashonda Garner, 3403 Foster Ridge Trail, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Aaron Joseph Timothy Vasquez, 3001 Eastland Way, was arrested and charged with striking a fixed object, obstruction and failure to stop at an accident with a fatality. 
• Sandra Rochelle Baradar, 4500 Wallace Circle, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct - fighting.
• Martin Cruz Rattigan, 4350 Bowman Way, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property (2nd degree) and cruelty to children (3rd degree).
• Germain Rahsaan Wilson, 3616 Lenora Church Road, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
• Walter Lewis Johnson, 1810 Glenhurst Drive, was arrested and charged with following too closely, no proof of insurance, DUI - alcohol, DUI - drugs, and open container.
• Chavonn Diane Burns, 4400 Vecoma Lane, was arrested and charged with simple battery.
• Liva Deanna Howell, 3356 Madison Ridge Trail, was arrested and charged with battery and criminal damage to property. 
• Marcus Wayne Weathers, 1927 Walden Park Drive, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support.
• Rosendo Lopez, 4329 Castle Gate Drive, was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and acts and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
