The following are arrests made by the Snellville Police Department and Gwinnett County Police in Snellville, Aug. 23- Aug. 30. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. Snellville Police

• Desmond Jabari Foreman, 26, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (less than 1 oz.) at 2506 Ashworth Lake Road.
• Stefani Robinson Pettit, 26, was arrested and charged with DUI - endangering the life of a child, at 1615 Scenic Highway.
• Ricky Allan Easterwood, 46, was arrested and charged with loitering - drug related activities, at 2714 West Main Street.

Gwinnett County

• Barry Andrew Webb, 2049 Elmwood Circle, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Katrina Ann Orr, 4352 Cary Drive, was arrested and charged with speeding, DUI - alcohol, improper lane change and driving without headlights.
• Andrew Lincoln Booth, 2878 Summit Crest Drive, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.
• Michael Dion Seabrooks, 3122 Sloping Terrace, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
• Eric David Maina Kamau, 4360 Millenium View Court, was arrested and charged with simple battery.
• Aric McDaniel Shead, 3132 Fire Place Trail, was arrested and charged with giving false name or information, trafficking in methamphetamine and DUI - marijuana.
• Christopher Derek Guy, 2130 Pine Road, was arrested and charged with theft by conversion.
• Gary Tennyson, 3260 Hidden Forest Drive, was arrested and charged with simple assault.
• Julius Bynum-Horn, 4460 Amy Road, was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and acts. 
• Lamar Derek Jones, 2853 Mistletoe Lane, was arrested and charged with violation of probation, driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to yield and hit and run.
• Taleea Marie Gibson, 4670 Bridle Point Parkway, was arrested and charged with theft by conversion.
• Alan Maurice Booker, 4510 Anderson Livsey Lane, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Mark Dushion Lancaster, 4502 Shiloh Hills Drive, was arrested and charged with child abandonment and failure to appear.
• Nhu-y Tan Phan, 2772 Apple Orchard Trail, was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than $300.
• Cebon Waheed Lockett, 2720 Sterling Creek Point, was arrested and charged with theft by taking.
• Ashley Diane Price, 8865 Lake Drive, was arrested and charged with exploitation of a disabled adult.
• Ronell Tyler Ryals, 3036 Spruce Circle, was arrested and charged with battery.
• Joshua Andrew Usherwood, 2137 Hartridge Drive, was arrested and charged with intent to distribute illegal substances, failure to maintain insurance, driving while license withdrawn and no license plate.
