The following are arrests made by the Snellville Police Department and Gwinnett Police in Snellville, July 25- Aug. 2. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Attached photos are those available from the Gwinnett County Detention Center website.

Snellville PD:

• Shawn Edward Kirk, 27, was arrested and charged with DUI - alcohol at 3287 Lenora Church Road in Snellville.
• Gene Lenox Gore, 57, was arrested and charged with theft by conversion of payment for property improvement at 1835 Big Haynes Court in Grayson.  
• Jose Manuel, 37, was arrested and charged with operation of vehicles approach to authorized vehicles at 2927 Scenic Highway in Snellville.

Gwinnett: 

• Christopher Maurice Kennedy, 3125 Destin Cir., was arrested and charged with possession of less than 1 oz. of marijuana and failure to appear.
• Charran Renee Craig, 3038 Meadow Point Dr., was arrested and charged with battery.
• Irene Cathleen Cuaresma, 3356 San Antonia Dr., was arrested and charged with violation of probation, VGSA schedule II (drugs near school zone) and theft by shoplifting.
• Victor Leroy Wilkins, 2472 Twilight View, was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than $300. 
• Keith Eugene Osborn, 3290 Trotter's Walk Circle, was arrested and charged with cruelty to children - 3rd degree and battery.
• Lawrence Craig Andrus, 2501 Freemont St., was arrested and charged with theft by receiving.
• Jonathon Michael Dobson, 3074 Destin Cir., was arrested and charged with theft by receiving.
• Mildred Yvonne Allen, 4073 Percheron Ln, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
• Morgan Tyler Helms, 2868 Lenora Rd., was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than $300.
• Joshua Andrew Usherwood, 2137 Hartridge Dr., was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than $300.
• Alfred Ronnys Lopez, 3049 Tuscan Ridge Rd., was arrested and charged with theft by receiving.  
• Bryan Lane Davis, 3595 Royal Ct., was arrested and charged with affray.
• Jamarr Eric Thompson, 4395 Telida Trl., was arrested and charged with theft by deception, simple battery and violation of probation. 
• William Claude Madden, 1845 Pennistone Way, was arrested and charged with interfering with a call for emergency assistance and battery.
