Snellville Council Meeting Agenda for Dec. 10

Growler ordinance and a new SUV for Snellville PD is on tonight's council meeting agenda.

 

Snellville City Council will meet Dec. 10 for a regularly scheduled meeting at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall. A work session will be held at 6:30 p.m.

Regular Business and Public Hearing:

Consent agenda

  • Consideration and action on the 2013 Snellville Days agreement with JRM Management Services, Inc., and authorize the Mayor to execute the documents
  • Consideration and action on revised lease agreement for property located at 3231 Lenora Church Road and authorize Mayor to execute documents

Old Business

  • 1st reading: Consideration and action on ordinance to amend Chapter 6 governing alcohol to allow the sale of growlers in permitted locations

New Business

  • Consideration and action on intergovernmental agreement with Gwinnett County to use the 800 MHz system and authorize the Mayor to execute the documents
  • Consideration and action on resolution to adopt the revised emergency operations plan for Gwinnett County and its municipalities
