Snellville Farmers' Market Opens for Second Year
The farmers' market will run on Saturdays May 14 - Oct. 29
The second year of the Snellville Farmers' Market opens today.
More than 50 vendors are signed up, and will be lining the town green, adjacent to the Snellville City Hall beginning at 8 a.m. Vendors will be selling fresh, local and seasonal produce, baked goods, flowers and homemade items. The farmers' market runs until noon every Saturday through October 29.
For the first time this year, vendors will also sell crafts and antiques on the first Saturday of each month. Currently 15 crafts vendors are signed up. The "Craft and Antique Village" will be located across Oak Road from the regular farmers' market. It begins the first Saturday in June and runs through October.
