Same price, different features. This house has wood floors that look fantastic plus a larger living space than the home on Dogwood, but the kitchen a cosmetic update. The lot size is nearly an acre, and judging by the pictures, the landscaping looks great. It sold in 2007 for $190,000. 

3432 Chesterfield Court $69,000

This is one of those strangely shaped "contemporary" homes that are so popular in Gwinnett. You know, the ones that kind of look like arks, plus a few additional geometric angles. I've lived in one before, and they are very spacious. This one appears to be move-in ready, with beautiful kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, plus tiled showers. Over half an acre lot and in the Shiloh school district.

4655 Millenium View Court $54,000

This is a huge home for not much cash. To offer a comparison, another home on the same street is for sale for $100,000. It's part of the South Gwinnett school district (Rosebud Elementary, Snellville Middle) and appears to be well maintained.
