The second presidential debate between President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney is scheduled for 9 p.m. EST on Tuesday, Oct. 16, taking place at Long Island's Hofstra University.
After Joe Biden and Paul Ryan sparred throughout last week's Vice Presidential Debate, the nation's voters are looking forward to President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney's second debate: a town hall event focusing on foreign and domestic policy.
