This Raider Meet is for Gwinnett County and surrounding area JROTC's.
Competition Team Rules: Schools may register a maximum of 2 mixed teams. Each team will consist of 10 members. The mixed teams must have a minimum of 4 females in every event. The two extra cadets are part of the 12 people listed and will be used by the coach to substitute.
COMPETITION EVENTS
a. Physical Training Test: The Physical Training Test will consist of the high crawl, ammo can run, water can run, and litter carry.
b. 5K Team Run: All 10 team members must finish at the same time. Route will be approx. 3.1 miles.
c. Rope Bridge: 10 TEAM MEMBERS: Standard one rope bridge according to this MOI and FM 3-97.61 Aug 2002. Rope length must be at least 120 feet; low stretch ropes (Kernmantle) may be used.
d. Gauntlet: 10 team members will run a 1.75 mile distance. Each team member will carry a 30lb rucksack during the run.
d. Cross Country Rescue (CCR): Cadets will run a 1 mile distance. Team members must carry a 90lb. litter and four 30lb. rucksacks.

More About Rhodes Jordan Park
Located in Downtown Lawrenceville, this 162-acre park features many amenities. You can go fishing on the 22-acre lake or play baseball on one of the seven fields. It doesn't stop there. You can also take a dance or aerobics class at the community center. The park also has an aquatic center, which includes a couple of impressive water slides.
