This panel discussion will be moderated by Sam Crenshaw, sports reporter and anchor for 11Alive News, and is intended for those who enjoy being active or whose kids are active.

Panelists will address questions related to:

      * Youth concussion testing

      * Running shoes and attire

      * Post-activity meals

      * How to stay safe in the heat

      * Difference between injuries for men and women

      * Common injuries of the shoulder, elbow and knee

      * Injury prevention measures
