The Southern Breeze region of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators invites you to join us for a FREE workshop on Saturday, May 12 from 1:30 to 3:30 at the Collins Hill Library in Lawrenceville. Authors Janice Hardy and S. R. Johannes will give tips on plotting and marketing, and will have copies of their books available for purchase. We'll also have a First Pages mini-critique session for those who bring the first page of their children's/YA manuscript!
You do not have to be a member of SCBWI to attend, but it's always a great opportunity to meet other writers and illustrators in your area. We hope you'll come see what SCBWI has to offer!
