Primrose School of Five Forks Students Celebrate Independence Day

In anticipation of Independence Day, some of our nation’s youngest and brightest are showing their patriotic pride and sharing their own thoughts on citizenship/patriotism. Primrose School of Five Forks’ students commemorated the Fourth of July at their annual Red, White and Blue Celebration on Wednesday, July 3rd. Not only did students have fun parading around with hand-made patriotic arts and crafts, but they have been engaged in classroom activities teaching the importance of citizenship and patriotism.

Students learn about teamwork, cooperation and following rules as “citizens” of the school and classroom.  They also learn about citizenship through activities and books.  The citizenship program is part of Primrose Schools Balanced Learning® System which blends academics, play and character development.
