'Feast-ival' Food Truck Event Hits Briscoe Park in August

10 food trucks and family fun planned on Aug. 9.

The Snellville Parks and Recreation Department is inviting residents to get their eat on at a food truck festival dubbed the “Feast-ival”.

The event will feature an anticipated 10 food trucks, live music, a DJ and games. The fun begins at 12 p.m. Aug. 9 and will go to 7 p.m. at Briscoe Park on Lenora Church Road.

“We are always looking for ways to bring new experiences to the community through events at the park. With the growing popularity of food trucks, we think the Feast-ival will be a great event with something for everyone,” said Chris Madden, park facility coordinator.

Live music by Tullmore Road will begin at 5 p.m. There will also be a bounce house, pet adoptions, lawn games and cornhole.

Parking and admission is free.
