The Deal: Free storytime and fun activities every Wednesday and Saturday morning at 11 am. On Saturday, stick around for the free “Nook for Newbies” class at 1 pm to learn about how to use Barnes & Noble’s answer to the Kindle.

The Deal: Stone Mountain Park is offering a great deal to families new to camping who want to experience the great outdoors together. The special offer, called “Ready, Set, Camp!” means that for $99 (plus the site rental fee, which ranges from $25-$45 a night), you can arrive at your campsite to find the 4-person tent already set up, with 4 sleeping pads inside, ready to go. Best of all, the tent and pads are yours to keep; you’ll just have to set it up yourselves next time. Offer only available when booked online. Parkview High School, 998 Cole Drive, Lilburn
The Deal: Parkview’s Drama Department is presenting Brigadoon this weekend. Tickets are just $7 for adults and $5 for students, so it’s a little culture for a great deal. Brigadoon is an acclaimed Lerner & Lowe musical. Although it’s suitable for all ages, it may be a little over the heads of young children. Click here for a synopsis.
