July 19

School student meals rose by .25, including lunch and breakfast.Β

A local Montessori education center for students is beginning a Spanish language program for all preschoolers.

CEO and founder of Minds in Motion, Wendy Roberts was this past week's Wednesday's Woman. Not only does she lead he own company, Roberts also lends a hand to other charities.

July 21:

No was injured in the afternoon fire, but tons of firefighters showed up at the battle to help douse the flames at this house fire.

Everyone said they were sad to see the store go, but officials are confidant that they can fill the space sooner rather than later.

Anderson-Livsey Elementary and South Gwinnett High did not make AYP this year. There were, however, 102 schools across the district that did make AYP.
