Viewfinder: Grayson Blues and Brews Craft Beer Festival

For the third year, crowds flocked to the Grayson City Park to participate in an afternoon of food, fun, music and great beer tasting.

The Third Annual Grayson Blues & Brews Craft Beer Festival in Grayson City Park on Saturday can be hailed another success. Crowds flocked to the park to taste more than 100 varieties of craft beer and to enjoy the music of Critical Velocity, the Grant & Moe Show with Buddy on Bass, Threez Harmony and the feature act of Devon Allman’s Honeytribe. Some local restaurants provided the tasty bites to compliment the beer. And to make sure that everybody got home safe after the festivities, SafeRide was on hand with a Breathalyzer.

Grayson Blues & Brews Craft Beer Festival is hosted by the Grayson DDA whose goal is to promote and advance the city of Grayson by acting as a liaison between business and government; and to assist in improvements of all types for the benefit of Grayson’s Citizens and the community. Funds from this event will be used to augment the community’s efforts to help those in need through the Grayson Children’s Fund.
