Kibbles for Christmas 5K Run/Walk to Benefit Pets
Ladies Workout Snellville will host the event Dec. 14.
Ladies Workout Snellville is hosting the Kibbles For Christmas 5K Run/Walk in December to benefit pets in the area.
Instead of a cash entry fee, runners are asked to donate pet food for either cats or dogs to race in the 5K, and a can of pet food will be asked for the kids' one-mile fun run. The pet food donations will benefit local pet rescue organizations.
The race will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, in and around the gym parking lot located in the Snellville Oaks Shopping Center off East Main Street, near Hickory Station Drive.
