2 Injured in Car Wreck on Ronald Reagan

Two vehicles collided at the intersection of Ronald Reagan Parkway and Presidential Circle on Wednesday morning in Snellville.

Two vehicles collided at the intersection of Ronald Reagan Parkway and Presidential Circle that caused injuries Wednesday morning, according to Snellville Police Capt. Greg Perry. 

"It is unclear at this time who was at fault in the accident, but it is still being investigated," he continued. 

Two people were transported to the hospital due to complaints about injury, but they didn't appear to be life-threatening or serious. 

The accident report has not been officially submitted yet since the incident just happened this morning. As of 3:40 p.m. Wednesday, the responding officer is still waiting to speak to a witness that had left the accident location prior to officers arriving at the scene.

A traffic accident has caused injuries and congestion on Ronald Reagan Highway and Presidential Cir. Wednesday morning (Aug. 21).

The following message was sent through Nixke at 11 a.m.

"Snellville police advises you to Ronald Reagan WB/presidential due to current traffic congestion.

The Accident with injuries near target on Ronald Reagan WB at presidential Circle will cause traffic backups and detours for the next 45 minutes.

We will advise when the roadway is cleared."
