Provino's Italian Restaurant

The restaurant offers a wide selection of old world Italian favorites and the menu features antipasto and appetizers such as fried mozzarella sticks, as well as pasta favorites like spaghetti, lasagna, ravioli and fettuccini. The restaurant's popularity comes from its "old world" cuisine, so if Italian food is one of your favorites, this place may be worth a try. Sri Thai Restaurant

If you haven't been before, you might just find a new addiction. This place has fresh, high-quality sushi and a wide array of curries and other traditional Thai dishes. The editor recommends the yellow curry, with chicken satay as an appetizer. The atmosphere is friendly and upscale, with courteous, fast service. They also offer take-out if you're in the mood to have dinner and a movie at home.

AMF Bowling

Need I say more? If you're going on a first date, bowling is always a great way to reduce awkwardness and the pressure to keep an interesting stream of conversation going. And if you're a particularly terrible bowler, it will give you something to laugh about!

Picnic in the Park

You've got a lot of creative license here. Stop by and pick up some food from Purus Fine Foods before you head out, or load up at Kroger for some bread, cheese, wine and cupcakes. It's the perfect weather right now too. Briscoe Park offers a lot of spots with beautiful views, as does Lenora.

The Shoppes at Webb Gin

There are quite a few date-worthy restaurants at this shopping center, including the brand new Georgia Pine, a farm-to-table type of restaurant. It replaced Gary's Bistro.

The Archery Learning Center

This is a little different; the Archery Learning Center is affordable, and offers that same distraction from nerves as bowling. It's a lot of fun and is sure to be memorable. A teacher will guide you and show you how things are done.

Expose

Last but not least, this little entertainment venue offers live music off of McGee Road. Rick & Ruby headlines the evening. If you haven't had the opportunity to take in their performance, you're missing a musical treat!
