The Snellville hospital was cited for failing to wash hands when necessary.

Violations: 2-1B, Violation of Code: [.03(5)(c) ] Failure to wash hands when necessary: Employee turned on faucets to fill the compartment sink basins. Employee then removed the dirty dishes from the sink and placed them onto a ledge of the sink. Then employee picked up the clean dishes from the opposite ledge to place them onto the storage shelf. Employee did not wash hands between handling unclean dishes and clean dishes. (Remove the dishes from the shelf for re-washing. Wash hands at the handwashing sink.) Ensure that only clean hands contact clean, sanitized food-contact surfaces. All kitchen employees must know when to wash hands.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 15C, Violation of Code: [.05(7)(a)2,3 ] Food debris and residue is accumulated underneath the lid of the salad prep cooler in the kitchen. Clean the food from this equipment. The surfaces of equipment must be kept free of accumulations of soil, debris, residue, or mold.  New Violation.
