Deficiencies observed: Walk-in cooler curtains, walk-in cooler gasket, food dispensers,and walk-in cooler gaskets have a buildup of dirtlike substance present; exterior of pans have a buildup of grease present. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment not kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.

Deficiencies observed: Packaged, commercially processed foods for sale to the consumer not removed from sale immediately after the manufacturer’s expiration date or sell-by date. Two cases of expired apples were found in walk-in cooler dated 1/17/2013 and 1/10/2013. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils not air-dried.
