Deficiencies observed: Interior of dish-washing machine had accumulated food, sugar and salt were not labeled in condiment section, and grease filters had accumulated grease.

Deficiencies observed: Juicer stored as clean, but it had food particles on it, and lights in food prep area were not shielded from the food.

Deficiencies observed: Employees eating in food prep and storage areas, medicines for employees located above disposable cups, and unused equipment stored in food service area.
