Deficiencies observed: Cold-held foods not kept at correct temperature, chicken wings not properly cooled, inspection report not posted in public view and in-use knives not store on sanitary service.

Deficiencies observed: Several items including steak, salami, pepperoni, and cold cuts in the prep cooler were not at the correct temperature,several individual containers of milk had to be discarded because they were not kept cool enough, employee observed working with food while wearing several bracelets and a watch, and drink cooler not maintaining appropriate temperature.

Deficiencies observed: Bulk products removed from packages without being properly labeled, employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring while preparing food, outside Dumpster area had a build up of trash and debris, and lids of Dumpster were open at time of the inspection.

Deficiencies observed: Ready-to-eat salsa kept too warm, cheese dip not kept at appropriate temperature, salsa in cooler not kept at appropriate temperature, five-gallon bucket used to cool salsa in walk-in cooler, small refrigerator used not at correct temperature, salsa mixing blade chipped, and ammonia and not chlorine was used to clean dining tables.Β
