Score: 89/B
Previous Scores: 94/A (March 16, 2011), 91/A (Sept. 2, 2010)
Deficiencies observed: Employees not washing hands enough, single-service cups being store without protective covering on an unclean shelf, ice being stored in a cracked container, and nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment not cleaned at correct frequency.

Deficiencies observed: Employee drinking from unapproved cup, and unused hot holding drawer with accumulation of soil residue.

Deficiencies observed: Current inspection report not posted, Dumpster not kept closed, and ceiling in the front of the store is peeling and hanging down above the drink prep area.

Deficiencies observed: No paper towels available at a hand washing sink, meat slicer with a buildup of food debris, ammonium not at right concentration, and no test paper for ammonium was present.
