Deficiencies observed: Knives stored as clean had food debris, spray bottles of chlorine sanitizer not at right concentration, food not shielded properly on counters (this time it was the lemons), a large container of pizza sauce in the walk in cooler was being stored directly on the floor, and outside Dumpsters found with the lids opened.
