Working in midtown during the Olympics at the headquarters hotel for NBC was a highlight. I was director of sales and marketing at the Atlanta Marriott Gwinnett Place from 2003 to 2007. I was very happy to “return home” to this hotel a month ago.

Projects/Goals: Our hotel will continue to work closely with the Gwinnett Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Gwinnett Place CID to make Gwinnett a top Georgia location for business and leisure travel, meetings, conventions and special events.

Hobbies/Leisure Activities: Travel and photography are both passions of mine.

Civic/Church Involvement: My wife Lisa is principal of Lawrenceville Elementary, and I try to be involved and help at her school whenever possible.

Family: Lisa, wife, and Matthew, son

Something hardly anyone knows about you: I love reggae music, and I’m happy to call myself a cancer survivor.
