Pipe Burst Causes Icy Mess at Stein Mart in Snellville

The department store has re-opened after being closed Tuesday morning.

Stein Mart in Snellville has re-opened after facing an icy mess Tuesday (Jan. 7) when a pipe burst.

A store associate told Snellville Patch that workers are currently cleaning up the water damage inside the store. The broken pipe also caused a sheet of ice to cover the parking lot.

The store was closed earlier Tuesday due to the incident but has re-opened to customers.

The Stein Mart in Snellville is located at 1670 Scenic Hwy. at the corner of Pharrs Road. The department store is in the Presidential Commons shopping center, directly to the right of Kroger.
