Deficiencies observed:  An employee was observed returning from outdoors, entered the facility and placed a container of gyro in the preparation cooler. Food employees must wash hands at a frequency to prevent contamination of food and/or equipment. Chicken wing mixing bowls used at 11:30 a.m. are washed at the end of the business day, 9:30 p.m. Food contact surfaces must be cleaned at least every 4 hours. Bags of fries slacking on the shelf for at least 8 hours at a temperature of 62F. Chicken wings holding in the fryer at 120F for about an hour.

Deficiencies observed: An employee uncovered drink container was stored on the shelf of hot-holding unit. An inspection report is not displayed. The current inspection report must be posted in public view within 15 feet of the primary entrance, 5-7 feet above the floor, and readable from one foot. A buildup of grease is between the oven and fryer and the lower portion of the gas range; 2. buildup of moldlike substance present on the portable stand in the walk-in cooler.

Deficiencies observed: Potentially hazardous food items such as half and half creamer, butter, and shredded cheese were found to be above 41 degrees. The person in charge removed these items to be cooled down in the walk in cooler. A quat based sanitizer is being used at the facility and no test strips are available for this item.
