Results of recent Gwinnett County restaurant inspections in Snellville by East Metro Public Health with a synopsis of deficiencies found by the inspector. These are reports over the past week.

Deficiencies observed: An employee was observed arriving to work, loaded soiled glasses into the dish rack then scooped fried chips into a container. Food employees must washing hands at a frequency to prevent contamination of food and/or equipment. Cooked dumplings holding in the refrigerator at 45F. Brown rice holding in the rice warmer at 127F for 1.5 hours. Containers of cooked chicken wings, cooked shrimp, opened packaged of tofu, tempura chicken, and lo mein noodles prepared on 3/16-3/17 were stored in the walk-in cooler and reach-in cooler without dates of preparation. Dead roaches were observed on the lid of opened soy sauce and on the floor near the walk-in cooler.

Deficiencies observed: An employee was observed entering the facility through the back door then handled the walk-in cooler door. An employee was observed preparing dough without a hair restraint with hair greater than 2 inches.
