Snellville Chick-fil-A Stores Lend a Hand to Help Girl, 3, Battle Cancer
In all, 7 Chick-fil-A stores around Atlanta are partnering in fundraiser on March 17.
Two Snellville-area Chick-fil-As are among the seven locations around Gwinnett County participating in a fundraiser for a 3-year-old girl in her fight against a rare cancer.
The Snellville stores are located at 1559 Scenic Highway and 5076 Stone Mountain Highway.
The stores are partnering to help defray medical costs for “Imogen,” a Lilburn girl who has been diagnosed with stage 3 ganglioneuroblastoma, which grows in nerve tissue and impacts 5 in 1 million children.

The fundraiser is scheduled 5 p.m.-8 p.m. on Monday, March 17.
The other Chick-fil-A’s participating in this event include: Lilburn, Loganville, Dacula, Stone Mountain, and Sugarloaf & 316.

According to a press release:
“Imogen’s battle with cancer began March 17, 2013, after countless fevers and an inability to walk that caused her to be hospitalized. After five months of unanswered questions, Imogen was finally diagnosed with ganglioneuroblastoma Stage 3, a very rare form of cancer. Seven Chick-fil-A’s have partnered to host an in-store fundraiser night to help raise funds to offset medical care.”
