Special Called Meetings Today

The city of Snellville council will hold special meetings June 18, 2012, to discuss transportation projects, the interim city manager role and the 2013 budget, among other items.

Snellville leaders will hold two special called meetings on June 18, 2012, regarding a number of items, such as the 2013 budget and key transportation projects.

At 6:30 p.m., a special called work session will take place to discuss: Transportation Improvement Act projects, an update of the Livable Centers Initiative, and a the role of the interim city manager.

At 7 p.m., a special called meeting will take place for: public input and second reading on the 2013 budget, an amendment to the 2012 budget, action on Lakeside Pavilion repairs, and action on a dispatch work station.

Both meetings will be held at , 2342 Oak Road in Snellville. The work session will be inside conference room 145, and the special called meeting will be inside council chambers.
