Remarks: Food-contact surfaces not sanitized. Unclean microwave. Unclean food-processing equipment. No person in charge or certified food safety manager present.  Employee did not wash hands between touching money and food. Employee chewing gum over food preparation. Improper separation of vegetables from uncooked meat during the cooking process. Compliance hearing scheduled 2/5 at Gwinnett County Environmental Health Office.

Remarks: Observed bare hand contact with ready-to-eat food at the french fry station. Ready-to-eat strips of bacon were adulterated with physical debris which fell from a wiping cloth as an employee was cleaning the food prep station. Several plastic pans were still unclean with grease residue while stored as ready-to-use on the back shelf. Brown residue in ice machine.
