Georgia’s largest orthopaedic practice named to list four years in a row
Employees at Resurgens Orthopaedics — Georgia’s largest
orthopaedic practice — love going to work, and it shows. For the fourth
straight year, Resurgens has been selected as one of the Atlanta
Journal-Constitution’s Top Workplaces.
The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee
feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading
research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics
conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 40 major publishing partners
across the United States.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution published the complete list of Top
Workplaces on March 23. Resurgens came in at #11 out of the top 25 large
companies (500 or more employees).
Resurgens co-president, Dr. Kay Kirkpatrick, says the
company works hard to maintain an enjoyable, respectful, and inclusive
environment where everyone feels appreciated and is encouraged to grow
professionally and personally.
“We’re honored that our employees have again made us one of
the top workplaces in Metro Atlanta,” said Dr. Kirkpatrick. “We don’t want our
employees to view their job as simply that — a job; we want them to have a
career with us and enjoy what they do every day.”
Resurgens Orthopaedics, Georgia’s largest orthopaedic
practice, has 21 offices and six surgery centers throughout metro Atlanta. With
