Our Service Managers:
Jeff Dixon is our Service Manager here at CBA-Grayson. With over 26 cumulative years of automotive and parts experience, he has an unparalleled wealth of knowledge.
Starting with Downey Auto Parts in 1987 he spent seven years learning the spectrum of import and domestic auto parts. He was store manager is 1994 when he made the move to work for Snellville Auto Center as a service and shop manager. He helped the shop achieve Georgia’s first AAA approved repair facility certification.

In 2006, Jeff moved on to a position as the director of fleet maintenance for the premiere drilling and blasting company in the southeast. While there he directed the repair and maintenance of a diverse fleet of light and heavy diesel trucks and equipment. Jeff has a true love for people and enjoys empowering his customers with all the knowledge necessary to make decisions regarding their car or truck. Regardless of what type or size of car or truck you drive he has the knowledge to help you maintain it to the best of its ability.
Jeff is still a well known personality in the world of automotive repair in the Snellville/Grayson/Loganville community and makes the relationship with the customer his first priority. He and his wife Kim live in Monroe and have two sons and a daughter. They are looking forward to moving back to the Grayson community and becoming involved with their local church. We have also filled the position of service writer with Jeff Slaughter of Suwanee. He comes to us with a diverse background of domestic and import service from such reputable dealerships as Jim Ellis and others. Jeff makes it a point to spend extra time with his customers to make sure they understand their car’s repair and maintenance needs. He knows how to help prioritize repair issues and how to work with the customer in a way that they can feel good about. He and his wife Tracey and daughter currently reside in Suwanee.
