Job Alert: Building Services Coordinator

Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation is currently hiring for a Building Services Coordinator. The person in this position will supervise employees and make sure that a clean and safe workplace is maintained as well as planning and implementing custodial, maintenance, office design and layout or other building services activities. Building maintenance includes carpentry, electrical power and lighting, HVAC systems, plumbing and  security and life safety systems and more.

A High School diploma or GED is required. Three years of directly related experience is also required.
