Previous Scores: 88/B, 95/A
Deficiencies observed: Employee is chewing gum in the prep area. Multiple employee beverages are stored on the vegetable prep table instead of on the designated shelf at the wall. Both of the automatic ice makers have mold present at the chutes and inside the ice chambers. Cheese slices and cups of cole slaw are not being maintained at 41F or less at the middle prep cooler.
