July 10:

We continue our profiles of local first responders, and this week we talk to Allen Rice, who is a firefighter at Gwinnett County's station No. 12. He is a career fireman, remembering when he and his buddies used to ride on the back of the fire trucks.

July 11:

We interview the grandfather of a little girl, who was found face down in a Snellville pool she was rescued by the help of a . The family is very grateful.

July 12:

At its July 11 meeting, the city council failed to set its millage rate. It will have to meet on August 1 to determine if citizens will see a tax increase.

July 13:

Both Lenora and Briscoe parks have disc golf areas, and the sport is growing in interest in the area. See what this sport is all about.

July 14:

A local teen, who police list as living in Snellville, surrendered to law enforcement. He is charged in the killing of a Lilburn man, who was found dead at Paxton Lane Apartments in Lilburn in June.

Evermore CID, a self-taxing community improvement district, is still looking for an executive director. The organization plans to interview four more candidates, in addition to the four it already has met.

July 15:

A Snellville man was charged by Gwinnett Police in several home burglaries in the area. On July 15, he was charged with seven felony counts of burglary.

The last installment of the Harry Potter franchise hits theaters, and fans were there at midnight to see the first showings.

July 16:
