Around the World Visits Snellville

This September come and experience a world of culture, right here in Snellville, at the city’s only international festival. For the second year on September 21st, The Snellville Tourism and Trade Association will present “Around the World Visits Snellville”. Last year’s event was a big hit, as more than a thousand people enjoyed a variety of international foods, performances and exhibits.

This year, come out and witness crowd favorites, like Japanese Swordmanship of Gwinnett and the sensational Heidi Hernandez of Jahara
Phoenix Dance Company along with new performances by a Nepali Women’s Dance Group, and African storyteller Akbar Imohtep. We will also feature authentic menus ranging from Greek to Mexican cuisine with a variety of cooking demonstrations and cultural exhibits.

Come out and join neighbors and friends as we celebrate Snellville’s
growing international community with a dazzling array of international art, cultural displays, traditional costumes, music and an array of global flavors to entice the palate. Be sure to get your "passport" stamped from each of the countries represented to document your experiences throughout the day. Bring the whole family for a fun-filled, educational day dedicated to culture, food and family.
