Weight for It! Weight-training Class

Weight training is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. Learn how to weight train properly and efficiently and how it can boost your metabolism. Beginners are welcome. This is a non-threatening, fun environment and you will feel a difference when you leave class. We will be working with weights for 45 minutes of one hour. Don't worry if you are not experienced, we'll help you. 

Bring: 
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Yoga Mat
- You must bring your own weights, two sets. I would recommend dumbbells as follows: 5 and 10 lbs dumbbell set. If that is too heavy, bring 1-2 and 5 lbs dumbbell set. 
[Use a rolling bag for your weights!]

There are 4 classes in January: 
Classes are Monday nights 7:30 - 8:30 pm: 
Jan 6, 13, 20, 27

Cost for 4-week class is $26.00. Class is limited to 20 participants. Registration:
