Golf Tournament to Raise Funds for Snellville Native's Heart Transplant

A golf tournament is being held May 30 to benefit the heart transplant for a Snellville native. 

All proceeds for the 5th All Heart Golf Tournament at Bears Best Atlanta in Suwanee will go to the Shannon Leach Heart Transplant Fund. Leach, a Shiloh High graduate, was born with congenital heart disease. 

The cost to be a player is $100, $400 for a foursome and $100 to sponsor a hole with an advertising sign provided. Each player's cost include green/cart fees, range balls, a chance at a hole-in-one prize, a tournament awards dinner, a silent auction, a 50/50 raffle and a goody bag. 

Mulligans will be available for purchase, with one for $5 and three for $10. There will be a shotgun start in the best ball format. 

Registration and check-in begins at 1 p.m. and the tournament starts at 2 p.m. Friday, May 30. Bears Best Atlanta is located at 5342 Aldeburgh Drive in Suwanee.
