Help a Student And Enter a Chance to Win a Year of Free Chick-Fil-A

The Path Project Fundraiser will take place at Chick-Fil-A in Snellville on Tuesday, July 23.

The Path Project, a 501(c) (3) helping communities in need in the Loganville and surrounding area, is collecting supplies to help children in these communities start the school year off right. This year, it has the help of Chick-fil-A in Snellville.

Tuesday, July 23, the Snellville Chick-fil-A on Scenic Highway in Snellville (across from Walmart) is hosting the Patch Project Spirit Drive. Between 6 and 8 p.m., 10 percent of purchases will be donated to the Patch Project. Chick-fil-A also will be accepting school supply donations during the evening. The person who donates the most school supplies will win one free year of Chick-fil-A.

Supplies needed include:

  • pencils
  • paper
  • crayons
  • glue (sticks and regular)
  • folders
  • pens
  • scissors
  • composition books
  • highlighters
  • 1" notebooks.
According to the website, the Path Pr​oject (which began as the Hope Center) is a community outreach program that exists in trailer park communities which are home to majority first and second generation Mexican immigrants. The Path Project was founded by Jim and Melinda Hollandsworth in The Gwinnett Estates Mobile Home Park in Loganville, GA as an outreach ministry of Graystone Church. It has grown into an independent 501(c)(3) charitable organization serving children and families in several trailer park communities.
