McDonald's Giving Away Free Coffee in Honor of National Coffee Day

Sept. 29 is National Coffee Day and in celebration of the occasion McDonald's will be giving away free coffee for a week to customers in Snellville, Loganville, Grayson and other cities across the country.

To celebrate National Coffee Day on Sept. 29, McDonald's is giving a free coffee to customers from the cities of Snellville, Loganville and Grayson for an entire week. 

“Serving hot, freshly brewed coffee is a universal way to show appreciation and we’re thrilled to share our Premium Roast McCafe Coffee with customers for free,” said John Tamasi, Atlanta area owner/operator.  “No strings attached – just visit a participating McDonald’s and enjoy a free small coffee at one of our 285 restaurants in the Atlanta area.” 

According to a press release from McDonald's, recent findings by the National Coffee Association found that Coffee isn’t just for breakfast anymore. Daily coffee consumption soared by 7 percent in 2011, according to the 2012 National Coffee Drinking Trends report. This increase has reportedly moved coffee solidly ahead of soft drinks.
