Where Can You Recycle Christmas Trees in Snellville?

There are two locations in Snellville that are accepting trees starting Dec. 26.

After Christmas is over and done, some people will recycle their wrapping paper. Others will recycle gifts. But all Gwinnett County residents can recycle their Christmas trees.

The county is holding their "Bring One for the Chipper" event and will begin collecting live, undecorated trees on Thursday, Dec. 26. Residents can bring trees to drop-off locations across the county until Saturday, Jan. 18.

Fire station drop-off locations are open 24 hours. Other facilities will be open during their regular business hours.

Drop-off locations in Snellville are:

  • Fire Station 6, 3890 Johnson Drive
  • Fire Station 12, 2815 Lenora Church Road
