Post Traffic, Crime and Weather Alerts on Snellville Patch

Help keep the community informed by posting traffic, weather and public safety news on Patch.

Stuck in traffic? See police or fire activity in your neighborhood? Caught in a bad storm? Let your friends and neighbors know what is happening nearby by posting a traffic, crime or weather alert on Patch.

Whether it is a fire, car accident or police activity, chances are other members of the community would like to know about it. You can post a quick note to the Snellville Patch traffic, crime and weather alert board from your computer or you can upload an alert directly from your iPhone using the Patch iPhone app. If you have a cellphone camera, snap a photo or shoot video from the scene (remember to turn the phone sideways - landscape mode) and upload the images with your alert.

Posting is easy. Just go to the traffic, crime and weather alert board, click in the "What's up?" box and add your news. If you are posting from the iPhone app, click the green "+" sign, type in your message and use the "post to" menu to select "Crime, Traffic and Weather Alerts." When you are finished, click the "post" button in the top right corner of your mobile screen.
